Alain Branchaud has been a biologist and executive director of CPAWS Québec since 2015. He has worked on the development of Environment Canada’s Species at Risk program for more than 12 years. He is also co-founder of Project Rescousse, whose mission was to make Quebec’s endangered or vulnerable wildlife species known and to raise funds to help them. Alain Branchaud has been closely involved in a few legal actions concerning the protection of species at risk.
